We loved our stay at The Good Life B&B! Cherry is such a beautiful person who makes you feel comfortable right away and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Our room was lovely, everything was clean and tidy and in working order. We would love to stay again and will be highly recommending this place to everyone looking for accommodation in the area. A B&B to the top of the list!

Lovely stay & hosts could not have been more welcoming and attentive with every fine detail in hand. Very comfortable room, bed, ensuite etc with a home away from home feel. Will definitely return to enjoy the wonderful hospitality (& food!) to this great location and surrounds. Stayed February 2016, travelled as a couple

I find The Good Life B&B excellent value for money which is why I stay there when in Perth. Host Cherry ensures the units are immaculately presented and facilities are stocked with essentials for short or long term stay. Stayed February 2016, travelled solo

Faboulos B&B

What a lovely one night stay here in the Perth Hills. We were greeted enthusiastically by Cherry who showed us to our room. There were sandwiches and treats waiting for us which was a lovely touch. The room was large and comfortable and spotless with a good sized kitchen area and a large bathroom with a good shower. There were two comfortable armchairs, welcome after a day of driving. WiFi was free and good reception An excellent b and b with so much attention and more to the needs of a traveller. Thank you so much Cherry. We would certainly put the b and b on our 'places to revisit' and will recommend to friends visiting the area. Stayed February 2016, travelled as a couple

The Good life B&B was absolutey brilliant, the hosts were entirely dedicated to making my stay a stress free experience. This was without doubt one of the best B&Bs I have ever stayed in, it was in a lovely area and there we restaurants and shops nearby, it was also on a local bus route. The main living area was spacious and the bathroom had everything that you wanted. The fridge and pantry were kept well stocked with all the essentials. It was just excellent Stayed February 2016, travelled solo

a fantastic B&B with an amazing host

The Good Life B&B is situated in Perth Hills in Lesmurdie and is in a wonderful location with fantastic views of Perth. It is on a quiet road with a large driveway if you have a car. Cherry is the most fantastic host and she couldn't do enough for us, the breakfasts are great and there was always fresh fruit and plenty of cereal choice in the room. We stayed in the luxury suite as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) and could not be happier, the two rooms are very clean and spacious with a mini kitchen and Fridge, large screen TV and Bluray player! The bathroom is huge and again so clean with a walk in shower which is just perfect. Cheery cleaned our room every day when we were out with fresh towels etc, it was a pleasure coming back each day to such wonderful accommodation. Cheery cooks a great breakfast for us when we wanted them and we even had use of the BBQ one day on our patio which was great. We had the best Christmas in Perth with our family also in Lesmurdie and if we returned one year I would not hesitate for a second and book up "The Good Life B&B" in a heartbeat and if anyone is travelling to Perth and needs good accommodation look no further than this place, you will not be disappointed. Thank You again Cherry for being a fabulous host, have an amazing 2016 and we will hopefully see you again in the not too distant future!! great attention to detail

The Good Life B&B is situated in Perth Hills, convenient for the airport as well as National Parks in the area. Cherry was a fantastic host and went out her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. There were so many extra personal touches provided making it a stand out B&B. A cooked breakfast was available on request. The room was open plan and very well appointed with excellent kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, table and chairs, comfortable settee large multi channel TV. The bungalow has a beautiful rose garden. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Stayed November 2015, travelled as a couple

As close to "home from home" as you are EVER likely to get

I guess I am old and jaded as travelers can get. This year marks my 39th year on the road. Stayed there, done that. I no longer crave the "identikit" 4/5-star hotel with its "identikit" check-in, pleasant staff, nice pool, standardized rooms and standardized meals. I am now looking for the genuinely different. The kind of place that brings "WOW!" back to travel... and I found it - a truly "home-from-home" establishment in the Perth Hills called The Good Life. But its just a B&B I hear you say? Well if you want "standardized" go ahead... be someone's guest - but if you want the most amazing warm wonderful welcome, 5* treatment all the way, then the Good Life is what you are looking for. Cherry, the owner is incredible! Cherry will second guess your every possible need - really. Want to grab a snack? Just open one of the hugely well-stocked cupboards to reveal just about ANY choice of cereal, tea, coffee, bread, biscuits, chocolates, fruits, drinks, juices ... Oh I could go on and on! OK time to take a shower... what do you want to scrub yourself with?... take your pick from every conceivable option of herb infused shampoos, soaps etc etc. Time for a movie but don't like whats on the 50-channel TV? Open the drawer in front to reveal what must be over 100 DVDs of all the best movies ever made! Cherry has thought of everything you would ever, ever need for a stay and prepares a fabulous cooked breakfast to boot. I mean truly fantastic... cherry tomatoes, eggs however you like them, bacon, sausages, salmon... just whatever you could ever want. Oh my ... this place leaves me with superb memories and I have not stopped raving to everyone and anyone who will listen. Its just off Highway 8 which takes you into Perth centre, its just off the main highway to the airport and its quicker into Jandakot Industrial Estate than staying in town anyway. The Good Life?... you've just GOT to do it ! Stayed November 2015, travelled on business
